The Phillipsburg Downtown Association (PDA) are the proud organizers of Pork Roll Palooza 2021 in partnership with Norwescap and it’s Community Development Program. The PDA is a non-profit organization with the exclusive purpose to benefit the public and the business community, particularly, but not solely, in and around Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
