Norwescap is proud to host the 2023 Pork Roll Palooza! Norwescap is a comprehensive nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for low-income individuals, families and communities by providing programs, strategies and services in Education, Employment, Financial Empowerment, Health & Nutrition, Volunteerism/Civic Engagement and Housing & Community Development. All proceeds from the festival will benefit Norwescap and will be re-invested in the Phillipsburg community, supporting local families, area small businesses, and neighborhood improvements to benefit all who live, work, and visit here.

We are grateful to The Phillipsburg Downtown Association (PDA) for its ongoing partnership and support of Pork Roll Palooza and our community development work throughout the Phillipsburg area. The PDA is a non-profit organization with the exclusive purpose to benefit the public and the business community, particularly, but not solely, in and around Phillipsburg, New Jersey. ​
